In a neighborhood were toilet’s a novelty
Where people did their things the primitive way
Behind bushes, boulders and coconut trees
Playing barefoot and eating with hands dirty
Shrunken the kid’s limbs but bloated her tummy
Her parents’ unconcern made the parasites happy
Until one day
Wandering in the riverbank with stomach empty
She ate the small fruits of a vine that caught her fancy
Released a ball of roundworms the following day.
